When she was a student, and a young professional, she performed in several chamber groups and opera choruses from Guadalajara and Mexico City. Following her move back to the United States in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before making the move to her current location in southern California. She is currently a member of Ensemble XXI of Redlands and is a frequent solo performer performing traditional Latin American music at private performances. Being a teacher and a musician Ana is a dedicated participant in various community-based projects because of her love and love for music. Ana was also a member of the Community Chorus of Redlands and Inland Master Chorale. She is currently a teacher of the Performance Loft. Ana finds it a privilege being able give others a taste of her enthusiasm for traditional Latin American music. She hopes that this will inspire younger generations to help keep the music in the present.
